Dudley Ventures sponsored and cooked TWO dinners at the newest addition to the Ronald McDonald House — the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Cambridge House. It is so great how much the Phoenix Ronald McDonald House has been able to grow over the past 10 years.
The Ronald McDonald House is one of Dudley Venture’s all-time favorite organizations. We have included them in multiple Spirit Days sincerely believe in their mission.
The Ronald McDonald House provides inexpensive housing options to the parents and immediate family members of children who have to travel to Phoenix to be treated for serious illness/injury. Not only is this program beneficial to the families financially (as medical bills can be quite large) — but the Ronald McDonald House also provides a warm, loving support system for the parents and siblings of the child in the hospital. Most of these families are spending long days at the hospital and it is so wonderful for them to come home to a delicious, fresh meal.
