Arizona Sunshine Angels Giving Back Program
November - December 2019
The DV 2019 Holiday Giving Program included adopting twenty local foster children from the Arizona Sunshine Angels. All of the children received multiple gifts that they put on their wish lists including tablets, clothing, gift cards and games! The DV elves had a great time shopping for presents and wrapped them together at our company-wide breakfast burrito wrapping party!
Arizona Sunshine Angels is a non-profit organization that was founded to support foster children living in group homes within the Phoenix metropolitan area. Currently, there are over 14,000 children in foster care in Arizona. Arizona Sunshine Angels’ mission is to make a lasting difference in the lives of children by instilling self-esteem and showing them that they are loved and valued, and to provide them with a brighter tomorrow.

Homeless Youth Connection Donation Drive
November - December 2018
The Dudley Ventures team was
grateful for the opportunity to “adopt” 16 high school students from Homeless
Youth Connection, a Phoenix nonprofit, for our 2018 Winter Giving Back Program.
The Homeless Youth Connection holiday program helps to ensure that local
students in need will have a more joyful season by providing them with needed
items and additional personalized gifts. The DV elves had a truly wonderful
time shopping for each student’s wish list, as well as wrapping and delivering
the gifts!
Homeless Youth Connection’s mission is to raise awareness and
meet the needs of homeless youth so they can stay in school and graduate. Its
goal is to provide homeless teens with host families, basic needs and services
as they make positive, life-affirming choices toward becoming responsible,
productive adults. Homeless Youth Connection provides hope and empowerment for
hundreds of youth in Arizona who are experiencing homelessness and serves over
700 students each year. In 2018, HYC placed nearly 30 students who didn’t have
a place to stay and no parental involvement with host families which provide
the stability, guidance, and support they need to finish their education.

Toy & Supply Drive for the Love House Kids Program
December 2017
Dudley Ventures was excited to host a Toy & Supply
Drive benefitting the children of the Love House Kids Program in Phoenix,
Arizona! DV’s employees supported this amazing nonprofit through donations
including diapers, baby wipes, paper towels, hand sanitizer, small hatchminals,
arts and crafts materials, gift cards to restaurants, perfume and cologne
for teens, and additional requested items.
The Love House Kids Program works with abused and neglected
children in the Arizona CPS system and additional outreach programs in the
community to encourage stability and self-esteem. Their programs include
private therapy, tutors, exercise and nutrition classes, life-skills mentoring
and job training. Emergency and transitional housing is available through “The
Dorm,” their transitional independent living house.
